Are the Apartments centrally located?
Located on Earlsfort Terrace just beside St Stephens Green, Earlsfort Apartments' central location makes it within walking distance to almost all of Dublin's major attractions including Dublin Castle, the National Gallery the National Museum, Temple Bar precinct and ofcourse Trinity Colleges' Book of Kells.
What time can I check in?
Check in time is 2pm.
What time is check out?
Check out time is 11am.
Can a booking be extended?
Bookings can be extended by contacting Earlsfort Reception from your room or prior to your arrival by calling + 353 (0) 1 478 1100. Please bear in mind that the apartments are quite busy all year round so we suggest contacting us as soon as you know that your plans have changed.
Is there somewhere to leave my luggage?
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Earlsfort Reception
Sat & Sun 8am - 11pm Kilronan House (70 Adelaide Road)
What happens if we arrive later than 5pm?
Kilronan House on Adelaide Road is manned until 11pm daily and any late arrivals can collect keys from here. Please ensure you advise us if you will be arriving late to ensure that your keys and any arrival details are left for you at Kilronan House.
Can we get more than 1 set of keys?
You are able to take 2 sets of keys for each apartment.
How often is the room serviced?
The Apartments are serviced once a week.
Do we have access to a phone line / internet?
Each room has a telephone and charges for the phone will be added to the bill at the end of your stay. Pre paid cards can be purchased for access to the internet and prices start at €2.50 for 20 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Earlsfort Apartments has a 14 day cancellation policy. This means you must cancel your booking 14 days prior to your arrival date or the full weeks fee is charged as a cancellation fee.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept cash or bank transfer. All payments must be made at the time of check in.
